If Giovani de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Fábio Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 24th minute Giovani de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Váldson Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 25 played minutes A. E. Vile got a freekick which was hit by Fabinho Zanette. OSASCO FC's Tostão Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvinho Campidelis in the 28th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, A. E. Vile's goal looked a bit too open when Giovani de Souza came free, but Váldson Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giovani de Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Váldson Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Telo in the 35th minute of play. Atilano Telo scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Váldson Montenegro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luiz Fábio Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Luiz Fábio Xavier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabinho Zanette to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Cafu Borges was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OSASCO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A. E. Vile the free kick. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tostão Domingues prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tostão Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Sampaio in the 72nd minute of the match. Tostão Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dé Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Sampaio in the 74th minute of play forced OSASCO FC's goalkeeper Tostão Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Giovani de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovani de Souza struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Váldson Montenegro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OSASCO FC. Dé Sampaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Váldson Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafu Borges in the 88th minute of the match. Luiz Fábio Xavier charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Fábio Xavier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, A. E. Vile's Luiz Fábio Xavier got a free kick in the 89th minute. Váldson Montenegro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Noel Pimenta showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 94 minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched OSASCO FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
