In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind MelissaMel's goalkeeper Carlinhos Pinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Nando Loyola could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Carlinhos Pinho however easily saved by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Dé Sampaio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carlinhos Pinho. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. Carlinhos Pinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dé Sampaio's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Carlos de Barros hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Carlinhos Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho Zanette in the 36th minute of the match. Kléber Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. With his leg Carlinhos Pinho managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when A. E. Vile's Nando Loyola fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fabinho Zanette scored 2-0 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlinhos Pinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 46 minutes MelissaMel's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Silvinho Campidelis who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Silvinho Campidelis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlinhos Pinho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fabinho Zanette might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlinhos Pinho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabinho Zanette ran back to his position shaking his head. If Nando Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabinho Zanette stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carlinhos Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Loyola in the 56th minute of play. Carlinhos Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A. E. Vile. Carlinhos Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho Zanette in the 95th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nando Loyola in the 96th minute of play forced MelissaMel's goalkeeper Carlinhos Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A. E. Vile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Silvinho Campidelis in the 98th minute. A. E. Vile walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
