When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ladislao Petri made a kick off. Denílson Munhoz came out of the goal and André Luís Schmidt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ladislao Petri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquim Koehler was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 78 minutes into the match. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Montesclarense E.C.! Edgard de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Mota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Luís Schmidt in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denílson Munhoz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 89 minutes of play P3DR4 N0 S4P4T0 F.C's Luís Mota was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 90 played minutes P3DR4 N0 S4P4T0 F.C got a freekick which was hit by Luís Mota.
