Reinaldo Alagoano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Hugo Rodrigues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reinaldo Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 11th minute, Paolo Maldini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramon Del Piero during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. TRAKINAS FC's Remo de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademir Soares in the 19th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in TRAKINAS FC's zone, Ademir Soares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remo de Toledo came out of the goal and Ademir Soares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ademir Soares in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remo de Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Charles Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TRAKINAS FC's Reinaldo Alagoano got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Oliveira in the 37th minute of play. Remo de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Del Piero in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, one of TRAKINAS FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TRAKINAS FC. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ademir Soares to make the kick off. TRAKINAS FC's Oswaldo Matos got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Remo de Toledo made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Ramon Del Piero sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, TRAKINAS FC's Charles Oliveira got a free kick in the 55th minute. The Meninos De Cotia fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Meninos De Cotia's Jeremias Seco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 71st minute Oswaldo Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Seco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Remo de Toledo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Silvestre Corderro kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to TRAKINAS FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Reinaldo Alagoano hit a great ball. Remo de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademir Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Jeremias Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, TRAKINAS FC's Remo de Toledo got control of the ball when Jeremias Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademir Soares in the 88th minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Remo de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes TRAKINAS FC got a freekick which was hit by David Neiva. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Remo de Toledo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Ademir Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Meninos De Cotia were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over TRAKINAS FC's much stronger midfield.
