The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gong Zhan Chen was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marquinhos do Nascimento during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Detona Marrécos's Marquinhos do Nascimento got a free kick in the 54th minute. Ronaldo Simão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nilson Sarmento having to make a save. In the 60th minute, Gong Zhan Chen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Simão in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilson Sarmento saved Detona Marrécos from getting behind. └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Detona Marrécos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nestor Batista took the corner. Nilson Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Simão, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 92nd minute Gong Zhan Chen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
