Godfredo Costante blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dráuzio Azevedo having to make a save. In the 14th match minute, Tosta Neto F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Cearense to maneuver through the defense. Godfredo Costante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Dráuzio Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dráuzio Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Costante in the 19th minute of play. Túlio Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Makis Kakaroglou in the 21st minute of the match. Dráuzio Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 王诚城, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lovat SS's Túlio Peres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Lovat SS from getting a goal against them. In the 37th play minute César Soberano came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Túlio Peres. 1-0. Valdir Sergipano hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when César Soberano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tosta Neto F.C's Dráuzio Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Costante in the 55th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, 王诚城 took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Dráuzio Azevedo to make any attempt to save it. Lovat SS's Túlio Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Makis Kakaroglou in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Tosta Neto F.C's goal looked a bit too open when 王诚城 came free, but Dráuzio Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Makis Kakaroglou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tosta Neto F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Makis Kakaroglou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Túlio Peres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Lovat SS's 王诚城 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dráuzio Azevedo. That made the score 1-2 after 76 minutes of play. Túlio Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Makis Kakaroglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If 王诚城 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
