When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iuri Cardozo made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Décio Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. COURO COME FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Décio Veiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute of the match, Joacim Myhr tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Telmo Madureira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Telmo Madureira was a little too slow when Zé Leite got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-6. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Iuri Cardozo took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Telmo Madureira to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zé Leite got free with Telmo Madureira in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Joacim Myhr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the game, Iuri Cardozo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Telmo Madureira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 0-10 when Décio Veiga sped through E.C 2 Janeiro RS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Telmo Madureira. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Iuri Cardozo put it in 0-11 from a short distance just to the right of Telmo Madureira. Telmo Madureira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Décio Veiga's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. COURO COME FC's Luiz Paulo do Valle got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, E.C 2 Janeiro RS's Telmo Madureira got control of the ball when Luiz Paulo do Valle tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute, Iuri Cardozo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The COURO COME FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12.
