Décio Veiga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vítor Mandrak came out and tried to block the shot, but Décio Veiga slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Iuri Cardozo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vítor Mandrak. That made the score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. Décio Veiga was extremely unlucky when he, in the 19th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 21st minute, COURO COME FC's Joacim Myhr ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vítor Mandrak. Vítor Mandrak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Décio Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Luiz Paulo do Valle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vítor Mandrak was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laerte Carvalho to make the kick off. After having played for 58 minutes, Iuri Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. COURO COME FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iuri Cardozo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Excelência de Luxe defense, Zé Leite kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vítor Mandrak. The Excelência de Luxe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vítor Mandrak should have stopped the shot. After 65 minutes of play, COURO COME FC's Décio Veiga made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vítor Mandrak was left in no man's land by his defense there! 72 minutes into the game, COURO COME FC's Zé Leite nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vítor Mandrak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. COURO COME FC were furious when Décio Veiga was red carded, 76 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 76th match minute, COURO COME FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Décio Veiga to maneuver through the defense. Isaac Olentzaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Souza in the 77th minute of play. Excelência de Luxe's attentive Antônio Souza managed to snatch the ball when Rômulo Machado made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafinha da Silveira in the 95th minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Isaac Olentzaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joacim Myhr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Excelência de Luxe's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
