Maurício Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Tarasek in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Carlos Fernando Severo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of São Bento's Maurício Veiga. Maurício Veiga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jedrzej Tarasek in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurício Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th minute Carlos Fernando Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Scarlet Metal FC's Jedrzej Tarasek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maurício Veiga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Konstantin Ksirihi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurício Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Carlos Fernando Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 played minutes São Bento got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Recife. In the 33rd minute Carlos Fernando Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, São Bento's goal looked a bit too open when Jedrzej Tarasek came free, but Maurício Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The São Bento fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Scarlet Metal FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
