The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvinho Corrêa in the 4th minute of play forced Ceilândia Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Adhemar Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 minutes Ceilândia Futebol Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hermínio Figueiredo who took care of the corner kick. Aloísio Sergipano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Dante in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Kamber Aktaş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adhemar Souto. Ceilândia Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kamber Aktaş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Adhemar Souto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastiaan Dijkman in the 12th minute of the match. Silvinho Corrêa scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adhemar Souto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Zebus FC booed when Ceilândia Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gil Tinoco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 played minutes Ceilândia Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Claudinho Pinheiro. Adhemar Souto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvinho Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With a little luck, Zebus FC's Aloísio Sergipano got control of the ball when Elias Dante tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute Kamber Aktaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adhemar Souto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Ceilândia Futebol Clube defense, Silvinho Corrêa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adhemar Souto. The Ceilândia Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adhemar Souto should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Kamber Aktaş notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Ceilândia Futebol Clube's Adhemar Souto. Adhemar Souto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 39 minutes into the game, Silvinho Corrêa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Adhemar Souto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 43 minutes into the game, Zebus FC's Kamber Aktaş nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adhemar Souto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Adhemar Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamber Aktaş in the 48th minute of play. The Ceilândia Futebol Clube players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zebus FC were winning 0-6.

The wind increased when Elias Dante made the kick off in the second half. Adhemar Souto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamber Aktaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armandinho Brito during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ceilândia Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Armandinho Brito hit a great ball. Sebastiaan Dijkman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adhemar Souto having to interfere. Adhemar Souto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 79 minutes into the match, Kamber Aktaş dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adhemar Souto, 1-8. Kamber Aktaş took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adhemar Souto. Adhemar Souto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-9. Rodrigo Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Adhemar Souto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zebus FC. 89 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Azevedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-10. Adhemar Souto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Zebus FC's Kamber Aktaş slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adhemar Souto. That made the score 1-11 after 95 minutes of play. The Ceilândia Futebol Clube fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zebus FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
