In a very dangerous position, a player in Futbol Club RRFV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! In the 16th minute, the referee gave Academia do Povo FC a penalty. Didi Velloso looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Angelo Velasco. Angelo Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Clis in the 20th minute of the match. If Marcelo Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Guilherme Sena hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Angelo Velasco made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Marcelo Costa sent off a good shot on target. Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Futbol Club RRFV from getting a goal against them. If 邓棋桦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcelo Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Angelo Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Souza in the 35th minute of play forced Academia do Povo FC's goalkeeper Geovanni Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celedonio Clis was the one to do the kick off. Geovanni Quintal was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the match, Academia do Povo FC's Didi Velloso broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Vimaro got free with Geovanni Quintal in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Clis came free, but Angelo Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Fausto Vimaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geovanni Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Vimaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Angelo Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Costa in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luís Martins in the 84th minute of play forced Academia do Povo FC's goalkeeper Geovanni Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Costa came free, but Angelo Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovanni Quintal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Vimaro's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Luiz Guilherme Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Futbol Club RRFV supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Futbol Club RRFV would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
