After having played for 4 minutes, Billy Sandström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BANDOLEIROS osasco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Billy Sandström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 5th minute Billy Sandström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Billy Sandström scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waldir Diniz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Billy Sandström sped through Zona de Combate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Waldir Diniz. In the 14th minute, Billy Sandström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waldir Diniz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The audience was convinced that Billy Sandström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waldir Diniz was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Billy Sandström scored 0-4 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waldir Diniz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zona de Combate's Waldir Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Sandström in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Billy Sandström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldir Diniz. Zona de Combate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Billy Sandström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. A collision led to Zona de Combate getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Caio Viana hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Zona de Combate's Tony Lopes got a free kick in the 36th minute. After 37 minutes of play, BANDOLEIROS osasco's Kleber Chalas made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waldir Diniz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Waldir Diniz came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by BANDOLEIROS osasco's Billy Sandström. But to his dismay, Billy Sandström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Billy Sandström in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waldir Diniz saved Zona de Combate from getting behind.

The wind increased when Caio Viana made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Kleber Chalas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BANDOLEIROS osasco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kleber Chalas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Benedito Valentim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. BANDOLEIROS osasco made a substitution. Waldir Diniz stood somewhat misplaced when Peter Paul Crouch came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 69 minute. Waldir Diniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Paul Crouch in the 73rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Peter Paul Crouch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waldir Diniz was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Cresenciano Camino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Waldir Diniz, passed just outside the right post. José Augusto Nóbrega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juvenal Lucas charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juvenal Lucas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th match minute, Zona de Combate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juvenal Lucas to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Paul Crouch in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waldir Diniz saved Zona de Combate from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Peter Paul Crouch took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Waldir Diniz to make any attempt to save it. 90 minutes in the game, Beto Toledo dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After having played for 91 minutes, Peter Paul Crouch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BANDOLEIROS osasco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Paul Crouch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Peter Paul Crouch kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Waldir Diniz. That made the score 0-11 in the 95 minute of play. When the match was over BANDOLEIROS osasco could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zona de Combate throughout the match.
