Skull Sport F.C's Jimmy Lundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Lampard in the 74th minute of play. Percy Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Augusto Barral in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Skull Sport F.C were awarded a corner. Raimundo da Silveira went to the cornerflag to take it. Skull Sport F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner led Skull Sport F.C's João Augusto Barral to fire away a dangerous shot which Percy Fernandez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Doctor Strange who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skull Sport F.C's Jimmy Lundin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Sport Clube Recife booed when Skull Sport F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Lindholm didn't get a good kick on the ball.
