Canarinho Atordoado's Muchlis Salampessy quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO's Loramendi Cabarcos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustave Rat in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio Seabra came free, but Loramendi Cabarcos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Loramendi Cabarcos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustave Rat, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind E.C. RIO DE JANEIRO's goalkeeper Loramendi Cabarcos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gustave Rat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariusz Fink struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anísio Queirós stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind E.C. Teo Tiniebra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Loramendi Cabarcos made a huge save. Mariusz Finks short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Loramendi Cabarcos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luiz Leo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Loramendi Cabarcos made a huge save. Márcio Seabra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes in the game, Anísio Queirós fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Loramendi Cabarcos having to interfere.
