A throw-in in the 26th minute of the game was made by Everardo Paublo with Jiang Ke Zhan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Mariusz Komornicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Tinoco in the 30th minute of play. ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's Tao Yu Qing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Basajaun in the 34th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Luisinho Xande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Tinoco was the one to do the kick off. Tao Yu Qing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Andreasson in the 53rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Evaristo Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot. ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Evaristo Tinoco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariusz Komornicki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Akşemseddin Uysal came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Akşemseddin Uysal couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Arnaldo Basajaun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tao Yu Qing was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Tadeu Loyola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Mariusz Komornicki made a huge save. In the 80th minute, Rodrigo Trigo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 83rd minute Acácio da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tao Yu Qing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Trigo in the 85th minute of play forced ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's goalkeeper Tao Yu Qing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Trigo came free, but Tao Yu Qing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tao Yu Qing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrique Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Rodrigo Trigo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. When the referee ended the match the CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
