Jeferson de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Guerra in the 8th minute of play forced Ligeiro F.C's goalkeeper Jeferson de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Sandro Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseu Guerra in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeferson de Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eliseu Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the game, Eliseu Guerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jeferson de Queirós was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodolfo Trancoso hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Ligeiro F.C's Jeferson de Queirós proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Ligeiro F.C from getting a goal against them. Alisson Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Costa in the 26th minute of play. If Jonas Fantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the game, Natingui FC's Eliseu Guerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeferson de Queirós made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Alisson Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Paulista in the 38th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Ligeiro F.C's Sandro Paulista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alisson Taffarel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eliseu Guerra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jeferson de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Guerra in the 52nd minute of the match. Ligeiro F.C's Alessandro Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Natingui FC's Jonas Fantini got a free kick in the 58th minute. After some careless play in the Ligeiro F.C defense, Eliseu Guerra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeferson de Queirós. The Ligeiro F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeferson de Queirós should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Natingui FC's Jarbas Dionísio got a free kick in the 63rd minute. When Elói Barreto came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Ligeiro F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elói Barreto couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute, Eliseu Guerra made a precise shot to the right of Jeferson de Queirós. Ligeiro F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Natingui FC's Alisson Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Ramalho in the 71st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alessandro Costa during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alisson Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Paulista in the 88th minute of the match. After 95 played minutes Natingui FC got a freekick which was hit by José Branco. Natingui FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
