Hamílton Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Paulo Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adelino Ramalho charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adelino Ramalho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ligeiro F.C's Orlando Sampaio got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Zé Paulo Trancoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ligeiro F.C's Hamílton Chaves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Roberto Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alessandro Crea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Hamílton Chaves made a huge save. In the 15th minute, Alessandro Crea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Slavomil Kalný stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Tasso's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. The supporters of Tenha Dó Dó Dó booed when Ligeiro F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caio Koehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alessandro Crea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Tasso in the 22nd minute of play forced Tenha Dó Dó Dó's goalkeeper Slavomil Kalný to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ligeiro F.C's Frank Tasso in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hamílton Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Zé Paulo Trancoso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hamílton Chaves, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Tasso in the 40th minute of play forced Tenha Dó Dó Dó's goalkeeper Slavomil Kalný to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Roberto Mandrak was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. Roberto Mandrak hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Tenha Dó Dó Dó made a substitution. Jonas Oliveira replaced Zé Paulo Trancoso. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Oliveira to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute César Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamílton Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tenha Dó Dó Dó's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by César Carneiro in the 54th minute. In the 55thth minute of the game Alessandro Crea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ligeiro F.C's Hamílton Chaves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonas Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Hamílton Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tenha Dó Dó Dó. Tenha Dó Dó Dó made a substitution. Vivaldo Moreira replaced Alessandro Crea. 63 minutes into the match, Ligeiro F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Oliveira came free, but Hamílton Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Tasso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Slavomil Kalný skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Frank Tassos short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Slavomil Kalný to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hamílton Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Oliveira in the 66th minute of play. Elói Barreto came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Slavomil Kalný could save by the left post. Vivaldo Moreira's late challenge caught a Ligeiro F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vivaldo Moreira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tenha Dó Dó Dó getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Vivaldo Moreira hit a great ball. Elói Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Slavomil Kalný having to interfere. If Jonas Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Hamílton Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ligeiro F.C's Sandro Paulista was substituted for Elói Barreto. The supporters of Ligeiro F.C booed when Tenha Dó Dó Dó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tostão Fantini didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 86 in the game by Sandro Paulista from a close distance when the talented Slavomil Kalný managed to make a qualified save. Tenha Dó Dó Dó's players were relieved. After having played for 87 minutes, Haroldo Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tenha Dó Dó Dó's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haroldo Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Ligeiro F.C's Sandro Paulista ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Slavomil Kalný. Slavomil Kalný yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After 93 played minutes Ligeiro F.C got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Sampaio. 95 minutes into the match, Ligeiro F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Oliveira came free, but Hamílton Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute, Haroldo Marquez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamílton Chaves was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. There was no doubt that Tenha Dó Dó Dó were the better team. Tenha Dó Dó Dó's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
