Brasilino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renan Valladares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 12th minute, Jailson Fernandez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto Xavier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Yuri Pires took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Xavier. Humberto Xavier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 20th minute, Jailson Fernandez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto Xavier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 25th minute, Jailson Fernandez made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Xavier. Brasilino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. After 28 played minutes Brasilino got a freekick which was hit by Aírton Nóbrega. Humberto Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Pires, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Renan Valladares notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Brasilino's Humberto Xavier. Humberto Xavier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute, Jailson Fernandez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto Xavier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Brasilino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. 42 minutes into the game, MEL - ULTIMATE's Nilmar Garcia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Xavier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-10 lead.

The wind increased when Aírton Nóbrega made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Yuri Pires got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renan Valladares in the 52nd minute of play forced Brasilino's goalkeeper Humberto Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 0-16 when Jailson Fernandez sped through Brasilino's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Humberto Xavier. Brasilino's Humberto Xavier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Brasilino from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Brasilino getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Hílton da Silveira hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Brasilino defense, Jailson Fernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Humberto Xavier. The Brasilino fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto Xavier should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded MEL - ULTIMATE left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Brasilino.
