Casimiro Jatsu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oswaldo Paraíba having to make a save. Oswaldo Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Jatsu in the 9th minute of the match. Casimiro Jatsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, Perivaldo Sampaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th minute Casimiro Jatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oswaldo Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedrinho Hoffmann got free with Pedro Paulo Barreto in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 minutes of play, Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oswaldo Paraíba was left in no man's land by his defense there! Atlético-PR's Oswaldo Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Jatsu in the 30th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugênio Azevedo during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Atlético-PR getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Eugênio Azevedo hit a great ball. Airborne FC's Pedro Paulo Barreto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Airborne FC from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute Casimiro Jatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oswaldo Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Hoffmann in the 42nd minute of play forced Airborne FC's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Airborne FC's Sven Lind was substituted for Danilo Principe. The wind increased when Casimiro Jatsu made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Casimiro Jatsu took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Oswaldo Paraíba to make any attempt to save it. Casimiro Jatsu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oswaldo Paraíba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Atlético-PR's Hong Jian Fan was substituted for Pedrinho Hoffmann. The audience thought a goal was coming when Casimiro Jatsu got free with Oswaldo Paraíba in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Horia Lupu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Airborne FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horia Lupu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oswaldo Paraíba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Airborne FC booed when Atlético-PR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugênio Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Atlético-PR's Oswaldo Paraíba got control of the ball when Casimiro Jatsu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oswaldo Paraíba, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Atlético-PR getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Eugênio Azevedo hit a great ball. After having played for 98 minutes, Cássio Chaves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Airborne FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cássio Chaves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Airborne FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
