At last the ball reached Äli Abdulrähmanov at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Lakers FC. 0-1. Pedro Paulo Barreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidnei Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Airborne FC fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 11th minute, Casimiro Jatsu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulão Corrêa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Casimiro Jatsu might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulão Corrêa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casimiro Jatsu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th minute Casimiro Jatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulão Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casimiro Jatsu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulão Corrêa having to make a save. The supporters of Airborne FC booed when Lakers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeu Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Lakers FC defense, Qin Xiang Chuan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulão Corrêa. The Lakers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulão Corrêa should have stopped the shot. Casimiro Jatsu struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Paulão Corrêa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Airborne FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Jatsu in the 26th minute of play forced Lakers FC's goalkeeper Paulão Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lakers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Casimiro Jatsu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oséas Capixaba during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casimiro Jatsu in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulão Corrêa saved Lakers FC from getting behind. 35 minutes into the game, Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulão Corrêa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. 38 minutes into the game, Clóvis Velloso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lakers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Airborne FC the free kick. In the 38th match minute, Lakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clóvis Velloso to maneuver through the defense. If Casimiro Jatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lakers FC's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Airborne FC made a substitution. Sven Lind replaced Danilo Principe. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Casimiro Jatsu was the one to do the kick off. In the 60th minute of the match Airborne FC got a corner. Lakers FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Qin Xiang Chuan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Airborne FC's attentive Sven Lind managed to snatch the ball when Luís Fábio Arósio made a throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game. Casimiro Jatsu might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulão Corrêa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casimiro Jatsu ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Casimiro Jatsu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Airborne FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Casimiro Jatsu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulão Corrêa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 69 minutes of play, Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulão Corrêa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute, Casimiro Jatsu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute, Oséas Capixaba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oséas Capixaba hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Casimiro Jatsu might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulão Corrêa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casimiro Jatsu ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Lakers FC's Paulão Corrêa got control of the ball when Casimiro Jatsu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulão Corrêa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Casimiro Jatsu went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. 91 minutes into the game, Casimiro Jatsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Paulão Corrêa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Casimiro Jatsu got free with Paulão Corrêa in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
