Dráuzio Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute, Pedrinho Hoffmann fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Raí Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lakers FC's protests and gave Raí Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. Pedrinho Hoffmann scored 2-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulão Corrêa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Yang Ke Xun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulão Corrêa was relentless in the 87th minute of the game.
