The wind increased when Válter Camargo made the kick off in the second half. Clube Atlético Impávido's Zé Pedro de Godoi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gilvan Falcão, made in the 60th minute of the game. Botafogo MZRJ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Álvaro Melo in the 63rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Álvaro Melo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this João Adolfo Rosa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. João Adolfo Rosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilmar Couto's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. João Adolfo Rosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serginho Azevedo in the 69th minute of play. With a little luck, Clube Atlético Impávido's João Adolfo Rosa got control of the ball when Serginho Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line.
