Fernado Chapado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joakim Nyman's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, YPIRANGA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Edward Fenieux came free, but Fernado Chapado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. YPIRANGA F.C.'s Fernado Chapado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Nyman in the 10th minute of play. Fernado Chapado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Nyman, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermínio Catarinense in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robinho de Sena saved 20 de Março FC from getting behind. Robinho de Sena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermínio Catarinense in the 14th minute. Fernado Chapado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Nyman in the 17th minute of the match. Robinho de Sena came out and tried to block the shot, but Maicon Maia slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 32nd minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of 20 de Março FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of YPIRANGA F.C.:s goal. In the 38thth minute of the game Hermínio Catarinense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 20 de Março FC's Robinho de Sena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Robinho de Sena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermínio Catarinense's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, 20 de Março FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hermínio Catarinense came free, but Robinho de Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danial Benson kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Wanderson Torres shot from long distance in the 47th minute, but Robinho de Sena was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Hermínio Catarinense made the kick off in the second half. Fernado Chapado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Benson in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute of the match Wanderson Torres shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robinho de Sena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Hermínio Catarinense notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of 20 de Março FC's Robinho de Sena. Robinho de Sena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When 20 de Março FC's Edward Fenieux in 60 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Danial Benson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 83rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Edward Fenieux received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Fernado Chapado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88th play minutes Danial Benson shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Fernado Chapado and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Maicon Maia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robinho de Sena was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. The YPIRANGA F.C. players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
