Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Vigil in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Noel Braga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Vigil in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noel Braga saved Irreal Madrid from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, Irreal Madrid's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Delassus came free, but Noel Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noel Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Delassus in the 30th minute of play. If Emanuel Vigil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Vigil in the 32nd minute of play forced Irreal Madrid's goalkeeper Noel Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Irreal Madrid's Laércio Trigo threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jânio Mendes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Emanuel Vigil might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Noel Braga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Vigil ran back to his position shaking his head. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Laércio Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Zonta in the 80th minute of play. Emanuel Vigil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Noel Braga made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Emanuel Vigil sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
