Agostinho Martins made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Igor Porto sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute of the match Goth Cloudy Experience got a corner. Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mané Couto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hermínio Lendaa was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Luiz Eduardo Galvão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermínio Lendaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Eduardo Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Acácio Leal in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Porto in the 17th minute of play forced Goth Cloudy Experience's goalkeeper Agostinho Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermínio Lendaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd minute Igor Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agostinho Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermínio Lendaa scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Eduardo Galvão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Galvão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luiz Eduardo Galvão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermínio Lendaa's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. The audience was convinced that Dalmo de Brito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agostinho Martins was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. A collision led to Goth Cloudy Experience getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Acácio Leal hit a great ball. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Luiz Eduardo Galvão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Lendaa in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Acácio Leal made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Porto in the 53rd minute of play forced Goth Cloudy Experience's goalkeeper Agostinho Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Aesir FC FSCMZ's Carlos Eduardo Veiga to fire away a dangerous shot which Agostinho Martins despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 64th minute, Hermínio Lendaa made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Eduardo Galvão. Aesir FC FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Igor Porto got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Aesir FC FSCMZ's zone, Hermínio Lendaa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Eduardo Galvão came out of the goal and Hermínio Lendaa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Igor Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Porto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agostinho Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82ndth minute of the game Hermínio Lendaa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aesir FC FSCMZ's Luiz Eduardo Galvão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Goth Cloudy Experience's Hermínio Lendaa in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Goth Cloudy Experience's Nelson Medeiros got a free kick in the 95th minute. Goth Cloudy Experience were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Aesir FC FSCMZ's much stronger midfield.
