Kalle Billberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Wiliam Simão skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Wiliam Simão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witalis Brysz in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute of the match Poetass FC got a corner. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jon-Egil Schjelderup ran over to the corner to take the kick. Poetass FC were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jon-Egil Schjelderup took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Zeng Xu Yuan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wiliam Simão quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neymar Mané in the 25th minute of play. After some careless play in the Poetass FC defense, Neymar Mané kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Maria Goiano. The Poetass FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Maria Goiano should have stopped the shot. After 29 minutes Poetass FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Artur de Andrade who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Artur de Andrade got away a dangerous shot. Despite this José Maria Goiano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 35th minute Witalis Brysz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam Simão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Jon-Egil Schjelderup managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poetass FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jon-Egil Schjelderup was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wiliam Simão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39thth minute of the game Neymar Mané who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's Zeng Xu Yuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wiliam Simão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

54 minutes into the match, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Zeng Xu Yuan came free, but Wiliam Simão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neymar Mané received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. José Maria Goiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeng Xu Yuan in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wiliam Simão saved Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ from getting behind. When Poetass FC's Zeng Xu Yuan in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Tiago Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Goiano having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, José Maria Goiano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Brysz in the 67th minute of play forced Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Wiliam Simão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Poetass FC made a substitution. Cássio Maia replaced Jon-Egil Schjelderup. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Norberto Ferraz was substituted for Neymar Mané. In the 72nd minute, Witold Bronicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Zeng Xu Yuan came free, but Wiliam Simão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 played minutes Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Artur de Andrade. Wiliam Simão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kalle Billberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Wiliam Simão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeng Xu Yuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Maria Goiano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldinho Hoffmann's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the game, one of Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
