The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Guará FC. The supporters of Olgado™ booed when Guará FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinícius Olgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Vieira in the 73rd minute of play. Vinícius Olgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Pedro Baiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Endrick Fenomeno in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jânio Furlan saved Guará FC from getting behind. In the 93rd minute of the match, Endrick Fenomeno tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jânio Furlan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Durval Bertassi's late challenge caught a Guará FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Durval Bertassi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Olgado™ getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Durval Bertassi hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Guará FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
