In the 13thth minute of the game Germano Vargas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clube do Remo MZ's Alirio Oyuela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jardel Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Didi Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dagoberto Sandoval in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jardel Paiva saved New Colorado from getting behind. Jardel Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didi Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd match minute, New Colorado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diguinho Saldanha to maneuver through the defense. Tiaguinho Mandrak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Jardel Paiva made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dagoberto Sandoval got free with Jardel Paiva in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, Virgill Van Dijk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd match minute, New Colorado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Santos to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, New Colorado's Ahmet Çağrı Peyam got a free kick in the 34th minute. Dagoberto Sandoval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 37 minutes into the match, Tiaguinho Mandrak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jardel Paiva. New Colorado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiaguinho Mandrak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Jardel Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Sandoval in the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, New Colorado's goalkeeper Jardel Paiva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Didi Mello. The crowd rose to their feet as Dagoberto Sandoval kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jardel Paiva. That made the score 3-0 in the 43 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dagoberto Sandoval to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Sandoval in the 51st minute of play forced New Colorado's goalkeeper Jardel Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jardel Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didi Mello in the 52nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Didi Mello sped through New Colorado's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jardel Paiva. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgill Van Dijk in the 61st minute of play forced New Colorado's goalkeeper Jardel Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Guga Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New Colorado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guga Vianna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. New Colorado's Jardel Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dagoberto Sandoval in the 67th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, New Colorado's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Sandoval came free, but Jardel Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germano Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Jardel Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Didi Mello in the 74th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, New Colorado's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Sandoval came free, but Jardel Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clube do Remo MZ's Didi Mello got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Didi Mello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jardel Paiva was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 92 minutes into the match, New Colorado's goal looked a bit too open when Didi Mello came free, but Jardel Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Dagoberto Sandoval had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jardel Paiva.
