Jardel Paiva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Virgill Van Dijk went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. But to his dismay, Baal Grunberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Jardel Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Didi Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Jardel Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiaguinho Mandrak in the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half Clube do Remo MZ were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baal Grunberg made a kick off. After 84 played minutes New Colorado got a freekick which was hit by Nelson da Mata. Jardel Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgill Van Dijk in the 87th minute of play. In the 88thth minute of the game Tiaguinho Mandrak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Colorado's Jardel Paiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
