Chico Răica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 杨攀 Zaar's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Esporte Clube Zeus's Chico Răica proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Esporte Clube Zeus from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Esporte Clube Zeus's Chico Răica got control of the ball when 杨攀 Zaar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chico Răica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Mota in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 72nd minute 杨攀 Zaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Răica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Esporte Clube Zeus's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
