Maicon Abreu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gil de Almeida having to make a save. With a little luck, Metoloko FC's Gil de Almeida got control of the ball when Maicon Abreu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maicon Abreu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gil de Almeida having to make a save. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gil de Almeida, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Gil de Almeida managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 16th minute, Franklin Vasconcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maicon Abreu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gil de Almeida came out and tried to block the shot, but Maicon Abreu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gil de Almeida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maicon Abreu in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gil de Almeida, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Maicon Abreu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gil de Almeida. That made the score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Maicon Abreu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Metoloko FC's Gil de Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maicon Abreu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gil de Almeida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Maicon Abreu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maicon Abreu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gil de Almeida having to make a save. In the 40th minute Maicon Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41stth minute of the game Maicon Abreu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Metoloko FC's Gil de Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gil de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gusmão Vilela to make the kick off. 50 minutes into the match, Metoloko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maicon Abreu came free, but Gil de Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Adrianinho Ramos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Metoloko FC's Gil de Almeida did a great save. If Maicon Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54th minute Maicon Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maicon Abreu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gil de Almeida having to make a save. If Maicon Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 58th minute Maicon Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gil de Almeida didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maicon Abreu went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Metoloko FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Franklin Vasconcelos hit a great ball. Maicon Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil de Almeida having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Pedro Luís Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Metoloko FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Luís Tasso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adilson de Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the game, Maicon Abreu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Gil de Almeida was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Maicon Abreu sped through Metoloko FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gil de Almeida. After 85 minutes of play, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gil de Almeida was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maicon Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gusmão Vilela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Red Dragon FC - DMZ had won after a very even match.
