Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Valdemar de Moraes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Papunhas EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sydney Terra was slow to take the kick. During this time Mochila FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Andrézinho Batista heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Valdemar de Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Nazario Serre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bart Claveau in the 12th minute of play. Valdemar de Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Bart Claveau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Nazario Serre was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar de Moraes in the 22nd minute of play forced Mochila FC's goalkeeper Frederico Madureira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mochila FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Agostinho de Carvalho was slow to take the kick. During this time Papunhas EC's players had a chance to rest. After some careless play in the Mochila FC defense, Valdemar de Moraes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frederico Madureira. The Mochila FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frederico Madureira should have stopped the shot. After 28 minutes, Vítor Sampaio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Papunhas EC and the Mochila FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mochila FC's Sydney Terra couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 29th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Papunhas EC. Ismael Nazario Serre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bart Claveau in the 31st minute of the match. Frederico Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Valdemar de Moraes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Papunhas EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Frederico Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar de Moraes in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Mochila FC booed when Papunhas EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrício Carneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ismael Nazario Serre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sydney Terra in the 43rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mochila FC's zone, Valdemar de Moraes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frederico Madureira came out of the goal and Valdemar de Moraes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 47 played minutes Papunhas EC got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho de Carvalho. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bart Claveau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Bart Claveau came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Mochila FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bart Claveau couldn't finish the play. Valdemar de Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elói Aparecido hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Valdemar de Moraes took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frederico Madureira. Frederico Madureira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Ismael Nazario Serre made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Erling Halland sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bart Claveau in the 65th minute of play forced Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Ismael Nazario Serre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th match minute, Mochila FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nildo Moreira to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Ismael Nazario Serre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bart Claveau. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdemar de Moraes in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico Madureira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Agostinho de Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Papunhas EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agostinho de Carvalho couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Papunhas EC's zone, Sílvio Laureano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Nazario Serre came out of the goal and Sílvio Laureano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Mochila FC's Bart Claveau ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ismael Nazario Serre. Ismael Nazario Serre yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. When the match had been going on for 90 minutes, Mochila FC's Sydney Terra got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ismael Nazario Serre. If Erling Halland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Papunhas EC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
