After recieving a nice pass, Mochila FC's Sydney Terra tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The corner ended in Sydney Terra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Warren FC - DMZ's Aloísio Rodrigues did a great save. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mochila FC's goalkeeper Frederico Madureira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frederico Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manoel Garrincha in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Warren FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Bart Claveau came free, but Aloísio Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Warren FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Da Guía to maneuver through the defense. Warren FC - DMZ's Aloísio Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Laureano in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Bart Claveau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aloísio Rodrigues was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 42nd minute, Nildo Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Warren FC - DMZ's Aloísio Rodrigues proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Warren FC - DMZ from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Simão Santos made the kick off in the second half. Aloísio Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bart Claveau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aloísio Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bart Claveau in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Hélio Nascimento threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mochila FC's Andrézinho Batista quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 69th minute of the match Adrianinho Mota sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frederico Madureira skillfully saved the ball. After 70 minutes of play, Mochila FC's Bart Claveau made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aloísio Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute, Bart Claveau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aloísio Rodrigues was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 76 minutes into the match, Mochila FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simão Santos came free, but Frederico Madureira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Mochila FC's goalkeeper Frederico Madureira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manoel Garrincha. 80 minutes into the match, Warren FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Laureano came free, but Aloísio Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sílvio Laureano scored 4-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aloísio Rodrigues, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mochila FC fully deserved thier win.
