After 4 played minutes Papunhas EC got a freekick which was hit by Telmo Peres. After having played for 5 minutes, Tarvi Laanemets managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C T Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarvi Laanemets was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute Valdemar de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xan Descapa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Papunhas EC's goal looked a bit too open when Allande Sans came free, but Ismael Nazario Serre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitinho Braga charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vitinho Braga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. C T Futebol Clube's Xan Descapa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save C T Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarvi Laanemets in the 19th minute of play. Ismael Nazario Serre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarvi Laanemets in the 23rd minute of play. Alan Novaes lost his temper 27 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 27th match minute, C T Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Novaes to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, C T Futebol Clube's Paulo José Capixaba got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Allande Sans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute of the match, Valdemar de Moraes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Xan Descapa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. C T Futebol Clube's Allande Sans suffered a concussion in the 40th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Xan Descapa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar de Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hao Le Xiang to strike the kick off in the second half. Ismael Nazario Serre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hao Le Xiang, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hao Le Xiang in the 53rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdemar de Moraes in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xan Descapa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hao Le Xiang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ismael Nazario Serre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ismael Nazario Serre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hao Le Xiang in the 63rd minute of play. Xan Descapa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Telmo Peres went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. C T Futebol Clube's Marco Ganix was substituted for Vitinho Braga. C T Futebol Clube's Luiz Gustavo Goiano was substituted for Oswaldo Moraes. In the 75th minute, Hao Le Xiang reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ismael Nazario Serre. The goal made the score 1-1. Agostinho de Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xan Descapa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar de Moraes in the 82nd minute of the match. Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hao Le Xiang in the 84th minute of play. Ismael Nazario Serre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarvi Laanemets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdemar de Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Xan Descapa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
