Mayhem Sharks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Vasconcelos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 13th minute, Tobiasz Rostow left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Master Champion BMX Flat fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some careless play in the Mayhem Sharks defense, Jorge Vasconcelos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wellington de Almeida. The Mayhem Sharks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wellington de Almeida should have stopped the shot. Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Master Champion BMX Flat from getting a goal against them. Wellington de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Vasconcelos in the 22nd minute of the match. Edmund Watarz kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Mayhem Sharks's goal looked a bit too open when Tobiasz Rostow came free, but Wellington de Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Master Champion BMX Flat from getting a goal against them. Mayhem Sharks's Fachtna Duggan got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobiasz Rostow stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Jorge Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wellington de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Watarz in the 52nd minute of the match. Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fachtna Duggan in the 56th minute of play. Nicolae Ceaușescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fachtna Duggan in the 62nd minute of play. Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fachtna Duggan in the 83rd minute of play. When Fachtna Duggan came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Mayhem Sharks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fachtna Duggan couldn't finish the play. Nicolae Ceaușescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fachtna Duggan in the 93rd minute of play. Fachtna Duggan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Master Champion BMX Flat walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
