Master Champion BMX Flat's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aarne Mikkola in the 24th minute. Perivaldo Aparecido hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Gugu Mandrak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolae Ceaușescu was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Przemyslaw Tscherner was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 79 minutes into the game, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Andrey Kovtun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
