Cássio da Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Saldanha in the 13th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Richard Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio da Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21stth minute of the game Erasmo Cardoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cachaça FC's Cássio da Silva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ booed when Cachaça FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Nóbrega didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute, Erasmo Cardoso made a precise shot to the right of Cássio da Silva. Cachaça FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicolae Siclovan made a kick off. 曹 楚城's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Gustavo Aparecido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erasmo Cardoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustavo Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederico de Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frederico de Lima in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Aparecido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edvaldo Paraibano got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cui Nan Yang during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Cardoso in the 92nd minute of play forced Cachaça FC's goalkeeper Cássio da Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Tiago da Silva was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cássio da Silva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
