After having played for 4 minutes, Norberto Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lógica FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Godoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Luiz de Almeida in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Paysandu's Octavio Sidro. Flavinho Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikkel Lilleland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paysandu's Clemente Vasconcelos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Paysandu from getting a goal against them. Aníbal Cerezo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Clemente Vasconcelos came out and tried to block the shot, but Aníbal Cerezo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. In the 18th minute, João Pedro Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 18 minutes, Dida Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 31st match minute, Lógica FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Pedro Coelho to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Aníbal Cerezo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clemente Vasconcelos was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 36th match minute, Lógica FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeu Guimarães to maneuver through the defense. Paysandu's Clemente Vasconcelos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Gerber in the 42nd minute of play. Lógica FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rogério Peixoto in the 44th minute. The corner led Lógica FC's Rogério Peixoto to fire away a dangerous shot which Clemente Vasconcelos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Aníbal Cerezo might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Vasconcelos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aníbal Cerezo ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavinho Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikkel Lilleland in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aníbal Cerezo in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Vasconcelos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aníbal Cerezo took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Vasconcelos. Clemente Vasconcelos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 56th minute, Mambru Zapatero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the game, Aníbal Cerezo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Clemente Vasconcelos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Luiz de Almeida fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lógica FC's protests and gave Luiz de Almeida a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lógica FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Luiz de Almeida hit a great ball. In the 61st minute of the match Mikkel Lilleland shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavinho Meira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aníbal Cerezo scored 4-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clemente Vasconcelos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal Cerezo in the 69th minute of play forced Paysandu's goalkeeper Clemente Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Gerber in the 75th minute of play. Lógica FC's Ulisses Velasco was substituted for Luiz de Almeida. Lógica FC's Klaas Wouqier was substituted for Norberto Godoi. Miguel Victoro made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lógica FC's João Pedro Coelho. Klaas Wouqier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Lógica FC's Chen Chuan Yuan in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paysandu's goalie prevented a goal. Clemente Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chen Chuan Yuan in the 87th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Chen Chuan Yuan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clemente Vasconcelos was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 92nd minute, Renan Gerber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Klaas Wouqier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Clemente Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
