Lino Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino Quintal in the 7th minute of the match. Lino Fernandes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gino Quintal's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Lino Fernandes came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Schmidt Sport Club's Gino Quintal. But to his dismay, Gino Quintal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Schmidt Sport Club booed when Magnifico FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lino Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serginho Alvarenga in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Linhares in the 31st minute of play forced Schmidt Sport Club's goalkeeper Dorival Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes of play, Schmidt Sport Club's Serginho Alvarenga made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lino Fernandes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lino Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gino Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

51 minutes into the game, Alan Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Schmidt Sport Club the free kick. Schmidt Sport Club's Konrāds Seskus was substituted for Gualter Sá. Lino Fernandes made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Gino Quintal sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th minute, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Konrāds Seskus fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lino Fernandes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konrāds Seskus in the 71st minute. In the 73rd match minute, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Franklin Simão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schmidt Sport Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Franklin Simão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Fernandes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Serginho Alvarenga took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Lino Fernandes to make any attempt to save it. Schmidt Sport Club's Sebastian Altermatt was substituted for Serginho Alvarenga. Schmidt Sport Club's Murillo Madureira was substituted for Franklin Simão. Gino Quintal succeeded in the game's 80th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. 94 minutes into the match, Murillo Madureira notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Lino Fernandes. Lino Fernandes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle sounded Schmidt Sport Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Magnifico FC - FSCMZ.
