He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 20 minutes into the game, Mehmet Şefik Cevizoğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Democracia Socialista's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. the free kick. With a little luck, Democracia Socialista's Juan Muno got control of the ball when Magno Nunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Magno Nunes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Juan Muno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Muno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With an all-out effort, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Juan Muno threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Caco Guimarães, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 44 minutes, Pedro Paes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But to his dismay, Magno Nunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 76th minute of the match Soleh Al-Habsy sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tomé Oliveira skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco Guimarães in the 79th minute of play forced Democracia Socialista's goalkeeper Juan Muno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Democracia Socialista's Juan Muno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magno Nunes in the 82nd minute of play. Juan Muno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Magno Nunes's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Democracia Socialista's zone, Caco Guimarães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Muno came out of the goal and Caco Guimarães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
