Cipriano Souto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juan Muno came out and tried to block the shot, but Cipriano Souto slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulisses Marquez in the 30th minute of play forced Democracia Socialista's goalkeeper Juan Muno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cipriano Souto came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Condors F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Souto couldn't finish the play. After 77 minutes Democracia Socialista's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Americo Beltza who took care of the corner kick.
