In the 9th minute OxentePaisa Salcity were awarded a corner. 郑霖钢 went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Erivaldo Maia managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Gogo Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adrianinho Maciel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Sampaio having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gogo Lopes got free with Marcus Sampaio in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Felizberto EC defense, Gogo Lopes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Sampaio. The Felizberto EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Sampaio should have stopped the shot. In the 36th minute, Ulisses Barbosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vello Landi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Joshua Cummings short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Marcus Sampaio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 41 minutes into the match, OxentePaisa Salcity's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Furtado came free, but Vello Landi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Felizberto EC's Jeferson Furtado made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vello Landi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joshua Cumming stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Felizberto EC's Vello Landi threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dalmo Netto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 55 played minutes Felizberto EC got a freekick which was hit by Fabinho Valadares. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joshua Cumming in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Sampaio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 62 minutes into the match, Joshua Cumming notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Felizberto EC's Marcus Sampaio. Marcus Sampaio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th minute, Joshua Cumming ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Sampaio was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Felizberto EC's goalkeeper Marcus Sampaio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71stth minute of the game Gogo Lopes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Felizberto EC's Marcus Sampaio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcus Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joshua Cumming in the 85th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Felizberto EC's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Lopes came free, but Marcus Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that OxentePaisa Salcity were the better team. OxentePaisa Salcity's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
