The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jeronimo Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ixidor Lelerre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When America Futebol Clube SP's Jeronimo Rico in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olinda FMZ DMZ's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, America Futebol Clube SP's Jorginho Quirino got a free kick in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, America Futebol Clube SP's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Sanches came free, but Stefan Rasiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jeronimo Rico came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the America Futebol Clube SP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Rico couldn't finish the play. 12 minutes into the match, America Futebol Clube SP's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Perez came free, but Stefan Rasiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ixidor Lelerre having to interfere. When Olinda FMZ DMZ's Sebastião Perez in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye America Futebol Clube SP's goalie prevented a goal. After 15 minutes, Sebastião Perez made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. America Futebol Clube SP's Stefan Rasiak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ixidor Lelerre came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by America Futebol Clube SP's Serginho Chulapa. But to his dismay, Serginho Chulapa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ixidor Lelerre made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Jeronimo Rico sent off a good shot on target. Jeronimo Rico's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Ixidor Lelerre skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 28 minutes into the match, America Futebol Clube SP's Jeronimo Rico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ixidor Lelerre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ixidor Lelerre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serginho Chulapa in the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeronimo Rico got free with Ixidor Lelerre in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Oton Mendez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 43 in the game by Jeronimo Rico from a close distance when the talented Ixidor Lelerre managed to make a qualified save. Olinda FMZ DMZ's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as Jeronimo Rico kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ixidor Lelerre. That made the score 3-1 in the 45 minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jeronimo Rico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Serginho Chulapa struck a weak shot in the 50th minute. Ixidor Lelerre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for America Futebol Clube SP. Erasmo Sanches made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by America Futebol Clube SP's Gigi Popovici. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Jeronimo Rico sped through Olinda FMZ DMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ixidor Lelerre. Ixidor Lelerre came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by America Futebol Clube SP's Jeronimo Rico. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Rico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. America Futebol Clube SP made a substitution. Iago Bala replaced Jeronimo Rico. 65 minutes into the match, America Futebol Clube SP's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo José Bittencourt came free, but Stefan Rasiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ixidor Lelerre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iago Bala in the 68th minute of the match. After 71 minutes America Futebol Clube SP's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erasmo Sanches who took care of the corner kick. Ixidor Lelerre came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by America Futebol Clube SP's Iago Bala. But to his dismay, Iago Bala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. A collision led to Olinda FMZ DMZ getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Raimundo Raymon hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Olinda FMZ DMZ's zone, Iago Bala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ixidor Lelerre came out of the goal and Iago Bala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the game, America Futebol Clube SP's Iago Bala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ixidor Lelerre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. Olinda FMZ DMZ's Ixidor Lelerre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iago Bala in the 88th minute of play. Stefan Rasiak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastião Perez's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After 90th play minutes Sebastião Perez shot 7-3, a short shot which went by Stefan Rasiak and just under the crossbar into goal. Iago Bala might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ixidor Lelerre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iago Bala ran back to his position shaking his head. Ixidor Lelerre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iago Bala, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that America Futebol Clube SP were the better team. America Futebol Clube SP's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
