Verdão da Mantiqueira's Niklas Lundhberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 董常朗 in the 12th minute of play. Dida Weidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 陆光卫 in the 13th minute of play. Mastur Bates's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niklas Lundhberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the Verdão da Mantiqueira defense, Mastur Bates kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niklas Lundhberg. The Verdão da Mantiqueira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niklas Lundhberg should have stopped the shot. When Alan Arce came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Zuera Never End MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alan Arce couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Verdão da Mantiqueira's zone, Luisão Pombal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Lundhberg came out of the goal and Luisão Pombal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Pombal in the 29th minute of play forced Verdão da Mantiqueira's goalkeeper Niklas Lundhberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Verdão da Mantiqueira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. Niklas Lundhberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisão Pombal went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. If Mastur Bates had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niklas Lundhberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mastur Bates, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niklas Lundhberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mastur Bates in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Zuera Never End MZC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mastur Bates to make the kick off. Mastur Bates scored 0-5 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niklas Lundhberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 董常朗 did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Niklas Lundhberg 53 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luisão Pombal got free with Niklas Lundhberg in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute, Zuera Never End MZC's Luisão Pombal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Niklas Lundhberg. Niklas Lundhberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. After 64 played minutes Verdão da Mantiqueira got a freekick which was hit by Cristóvão Paraíba. Luisão Pombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zuera Never End MZC made a substitution. Robin Strandberg replaced Murillo Mattos. 72 minutes into the match, Verdão da Mantiqueira's goalkeeper Niklas Lundhberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisão Pombal. In the 74th minute, Luisão Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute of the match, 董常朗 got a very nice opportunity to score, but Niklas Lundhberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 79 minutes into the match, 董常朗 notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Verdão da Mantiqueira's Niklas Lundhberg. Niklas Lundhberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice moves 董常朗 could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Niklas Lundhberg however easily saved by the left post. Mastur Bates might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niklas Lundhberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mastur Bates ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute, Mastur Bates got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92ndth minute of the game Mastur Bates who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Verdão da Mantiqueira's Niklas Lundhberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mastur Batess short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Niklas Lundhberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zuera Never End MZC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
