The supporters of RB SAIDERA booed when Vertiplano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Hudson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmílson Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jonathan Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Vertiplano FC fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Vertiplano FC's Alessandro Prado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jonathan Machado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alessandro Prado's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. RB SAIDERA's Jonathan Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmílson Montenegro in the 40th minute of play. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Alessandro Prado sped through RB SAIDERA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Machado. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Edmílson Montenegro put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Machado. After the first half Vertiplano FC were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jonathan Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Prado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With splendid footwork Alessandro Prado arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-8 by the left pole in the game's 55th minute. 59 minutes into the match, RB SAIDERA's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Prado came free, but Jonathan Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Alessandro Prado lined in a short shot 0-9 behind a frustrated Jonathan Machado. Iuri Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Augusto do Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessandro Prado in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Machado saved RB SAIDERA from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, RB SAIDERA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edmílson Montenegro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Vertiplano FC made a substitution. Murilo Arantes replaced Marian Gârneț. Alessandro Prado did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-11 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Machado 75 minutes into the match. Jonathan Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Prado in the 79th minute of the match. Alessandro Prado might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Machado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alessandro Prado ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Chris Hudson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Machado. That made the score 0-12 in the 82 minute of play. The Vertiplano FC fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Vertiplano FC's Alessandro Prado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-13 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 90th minute, Alessandro Prado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Machado. The goal made the score 0-14. In the 93rd minute, Zé Augusto do Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Machado made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Chris Hudson sent off a good shot on target. Vertiplano FC were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after RB SAIDERA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chris Hudson took the corner. When the match was over Vertiplano FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than RB SAIDERA throughout the match.
