Obregón Hondona was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 13th minute, Freddy Basajaun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Duda Velloso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Benny Stolpe made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Freddy Basajaun notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Premier FC's Dorival Freire. Dorival Freire was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Freddy Basajaun took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorival Freire. Dorival Freire dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Premier FC's Dorival Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Basajaun in the 28th minute of play. Freddy Basajaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 32nd minute, Freddy Basajaun made a precise shot to the right of Dorival Freire. Premier FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Freddy Basajaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorival Freire having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Duda Velloso got free with Benny Stolpe in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the game, Joinville S.German-FSCMZ's Freddy Basajaun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorival Freire made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Freddy Basajaun scored 0-8 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorival Freire, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Duda Velloso made a kick off. In the 50th minute, Dawid Cupial hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes in the game Tomé Botelho did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ermegildo Edorta. Benny Stolpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duda Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 62ndth minute of the game Freddy Basajaun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Premier FC's Dorival Freire was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute Joinville S.German-FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Elias Vale went to the cornerflag to take it. The crowd rose to their feet as Joinville S.German-FSCMZ's Freddy Basajaun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dorival Freire. The Joinville S.German-FSCMZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Joinville S.German-FSCMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
