In the 15th match minute, New Joinville - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xande Koeman to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Olívio Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xande Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Massa charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 34th minute of the game Sidnei Proença made a throw-in which Sidnei Proença played forward. Willian Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xandinho Kane in the 41st minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agostinho Carneiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as SAS's Agostinho Carneiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xande Kahn. That made the score 0-1 after 51 minutes of play. In the 64th minute, Durval Simões left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Willian Negri came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by New Joinville - FSCMZ's Xandinho Kane. But to his dismay, Xandinho Kane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Willian Negri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Xandinho Kane scored 3-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Willian Negri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 95 minutes, Xandinho Kane made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. SAS's Willian Negri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
