An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernani Rosa in the 14th minute of play forced SAS's goalkeeper Edvaldo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernani Rosa in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvaldo Brasil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the match, Paraná Clube PG's goalkeeper Oswaldo Velloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agostinho Carneiro. In the 18thth minute of the game Barnaba Marud who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SAS's Edvaldo Brasil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paraná Clube PG's Oswaldo Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Carneiro in the 20th minute of play. When SAS's Luiz Guilherme Paraense in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Edvaldo Brasil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Guilherme Paraense in the 34th minute of play forced Paraná Clube PG's goalkeeper Oswaldo Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Paraná Clube PG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Agostinho Carneiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Oswaldo Velloso made a huge save. Agostinho Carneiros short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Oswaldo Velloso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roberto Eger made a kick off. The supporters of SAS booed when Paraná Clube PG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durvalino Paranaense didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Luiz Guilherme Paraense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Guilherme Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oswaldo Velloso having to interfere. With a little luck, SAS's Edvaldo Brasil got control of the ball when Ernani Rosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paraná Clube PG's Mauro Valadares was substituted for Durvalino Paranaense. After a rather tough play, SAS's Luiz Guilherme Madureira got a free kick in the 71st minute. Agnaldo Araújo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Edvaldo Brasil was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mazinho Valadares. After having played for 76 minutes, Barnaba Marud managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraná Clube PG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barnaba Marud was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute Edgar Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oswaldo Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, SAS's goalkeeper Edvaldo Brasil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Barnaba Marud. In the 80th match minute, Paraná Clube PG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barnaba Marud to maneuver through the defense. Paraná Clube PG's Noel Quirino was substituted for Kauan Negri. 82 minutes into the match, SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Ernani Rosa came free, but Edvaldo Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute Ernani Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvaldo Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernani Rosa in the 84th minute of the match. Lauro Zanette kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. A hard shot 90 in the game by Roberto Eger from a close distance when the talented Edvaldo Brasil managed to make a qualified save. SAS's players were relieved. 95 minutes into the game, Ernani Rosa lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Edvaldo Brasil. When the final whistle sounded Paraná Clube PG left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SAS.
