The supporters of Haridades F.C booed when Arsenal MGK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Bastiaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Moisés Dracena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When Arsenal MGK's Stig-Arne Engström in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Haridades F.C's goalie prevented a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Arsenal MGK's Higinio Bastiaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ronaldinho Pernambucano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Haridades F.C getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Roger Koehler hit a great ball. The supporters of Arsenal MGK booed when Haridades F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Coelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stig-Arne Engström to strike the kick off in the second half. Arsenal MGK were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Haridades F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonas Cabral took the corner. The corner led Arsenal MGK's Jonas Cabral to fire away a dangerous shot which Ronaldinho Pernambucano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ronaldinho Pernambucano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Arne Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Stig-Arne Engström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronaldinho Pernambucano having to make a save. Arsenal MGK's Léo Falcão was substituted for Al Pištěk. Arsenal MGK's Stig-Arne Engström got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Arsenal MGK's Gino Seco got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Haridades F.C's goalkeeper Ronaldinho Pernambucano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Arsenal MGK's Carlos Augusto Damião got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Arsenal MGK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
