In the 19th minute of the match, Luiz Fabiano Sena got a very nice opportunity to score, but Armando Duarte was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Armando Duarte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After having played for 92 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bizard FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fabiano Sena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Luiz Fabiano Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Guga Zaracho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute Luiz Fabiano Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bizard FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Avelinos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
